i just stared at this picture…. to to much and i’d love the story behind it. I’m going to believe that the guy on the jeep is just wanting to give the kid in the wheelchair some fun.

Ha ha! I saw those SAME people when I saw out running errands today, on S. Broad just as I was crossing the railroad. They sure got around! Nice quick job with your camera. :)))
